Refund Policy

Website Purchases

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or service purchased through extensions.ee or pitch-changer.com, you may request a refund within 30 days of payment.

To request a refund for website purchases, please visit Paddle's support page at https://paddle.net and follow the instructions provided there.

App Store Purchases

Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refunds for these orders are managed directly by Apple, and we do not have the ability to issue them.

To request a refund from Apple, please visit https://support.apple.com/billing and follow the instructions provided there.

If you are unsure where you purchased, please check your order confirmation email or receipt (sent either by Paddle or Apple).

Should we make any changes to this document, those changes will be posted here: https://extensions.ee/refund-policy.html

Refund requests will be assessed based on the Refund Policy that was in effect on the date of your purchase.
